Follow these steps below to create your profile. If you still have trouble with it, please get in touch with our customer service on support-uk@klarify.me.
1. Make sure you’re using the latest version of the app
2. Open the app
3. Go to "My page" tab
4. Select "Sign up"
5. Fill in the details and tap "Sign up"
6. Make sure that you see "Please go and check your email" message on the screen
7. Open your email app to see the verification email from klarify.
8. If you can't see the verification email, check your spam folder or refresh your inbox
9. Click on the verification link in the email
10. The klarify app should automatically open and log you in successfully
